Job Description
Our client, one of the largest International Trade Enterprises is looking for Recruitment Supervisor.
Location. Uganda
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop recruitment strategy: Collaborate with the management team to develop the company's recruitment plan and strategy, ensuring that recruitment activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.
2. Recruitment process management: Manage the recruitment process, including posting recruitment advertisements, screening resumes, organizing interviews, conducting background checks, and providing employment suggestions.
3. Establish talent channels: Develop and maintain various talent channels, including online recruitment platforms, campus recruitment, employee recommendation plans, etc., to ensure the diversity and sustainability of recruitment channels.
4. Interview and evaluation: Organize and participate in the interview process, evaluate the candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide feedback and suggestions.
5. Establish employer brand: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand through various channels, and enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
6. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze recruitment data, provide recruitment reports and suggestions to help management make wiser decisions.
7. Team management: Lead the recruitment team, provide guidance and support, ensure team members achieve recruitment goals and continuously improve performance.
Other Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in human resource management, psychology, or related fields.
2. At least 6 years of recruitment work experience, with priority given to those who have successfully managed recruitment teams.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders from various backgrounds.
4. Familiar with various recruitment channels and methods, possessing excellent recruitment skills and market insights.
5. Possess the ability to analyze data and solve problems, and be able to make wise recruitment decisions based on data.
