Charles Owino is a Human Resource Consultant with over 10 years of solid consulting experience in organisation assessments, process reviews and mapping, human Resource audits, organisation reviews including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions/HR due diligence, job analysis and job evaluation.
Charles has also led assignments involving the development of performance management frameworks, performance management systems, policies, frameworks and relevant supporting tools, manpower planning, skills assessments, remuneration and benefits surveys and recruitment.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, in Biomechanical and Process Engineering from JKUAT, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya). He is also currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
He is generally well regarded as a practitioner who uses scientific methods to solve organisations HR challenges.
